说明
NestedScrollView嵌套SwipeRecyclerView时，滚动事件由NestedScrollView响应，需要在NestedScrollView滚动到底部时，触发SwipeRecyclerView的加载更多效果，需dispatchLoadMore为public权限。dispatchLoadMore为private的变通处理方案，在Sample里有注释。
