Fix the broken star history chart by pointing it to a working alternative. The current chart is no longer rendered due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so this change restores the chart at the same location in both README.md and README_cn.md.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken and no longer renders due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change restores the chart at its original location in both the English and Chinese README using a working alternative. No other content is affected.
