Lap Archive — Previous Lap Delta

• Added delta time for the previous lap
• New update-from-template.bat file (mandatory replacement for template update)
• Updated Lap Updater (mandatory)

Recommendation: Run reconvert-lap.bat after updating the template to avoid fetching dummy deltas from the template.

Note: Every time you push, a GitHub Action will update your repository by creating or modifying several files. This requires you to do a git pull locally afterwards. The Lap Updater has been adjusted to handle this git pull process.
