Use generateRandomShortCode in the POST /api/shorten proxy to fill missing shortCodeInput. Add src/lib/shortCode.ts (crypto-backed generator) and unit tests. Update ShortenForm placeholder and hint to inform users that leaving the field empty produces a random code.
