This PR addresses this issue. It creates a general Curve Meta adapter. It passes all tests in curve.spec.js (new test cases are in lines 400+), and it updates the deployment scripts to use a single adapter. Swapping and querying use slightly more gas than with the original meta-pool-specific contract because the contract finds eligible pools given a combination of tokens and uses the one with the best output. Please let me know if there's a gas optimization you'd like me to make.
