…o VL (#12921) Enable Nemotron Nano V2 VL to process audio streams embedded in video inputs alongside the visual frames. Previously, audio and video were handled as entirely separate modalities, so a video with speech or music required the user to supply the audio track separately. In order to do so: * multimodal loading is extended to optionally load audio from video (this requires the introduction of the `av` python packages) * the nemotron nano modeling file adds the necessary multimodal placeholder expansion logic and audio embedding. * some fixes are made to the serve path to ensure the flag to extract audio from video can be specified. This commit also: * extends the current chunked prefill interfaces to allow models to implement the necessary code to opt-in for audio. * implements it for nemotron nano.
