Extract Review fails when publishing image by layers

Description

Current Behavior

As we publish different image instances for selected layers, Extract Review fails when publishing image instances due to the hidden layers.
It is only happened for exr.

Expected Behavior

We should publish image instances successfully for selected layers.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create multiple groups for different layers
2. Create Image instances respectively for those layers
3. Publish
4. Error out Extract Review

This is a very strange bug, and I have spent some time to do the test to ensure the root cause.

This is actually because the color channel has been messed up in the PS which leads to the error.

But this error has gone when I copy the problematic layers into new project and then it is gone.

The possible solution is to enforce the channel layer naming when saving the files in jsx (it is already in the temp saving scene, so it won't change the actual scene the user work on)
