Publisher Issue with multiple open files

Description

I may have encountered a bug with the Photoshop Publisher module.

Steps to reproduce:
Open two different workfiles belonging to two different assets (Asset A and Asset B).
Open the Publisher for Asset A → the correct products are displayed (image, review, workfile).
Close the Publisher.
Switch to Asset B and open the Publisher → the correct products are shown (image, review, workfile).
Close the Publisher again.
Switch back to Asset A and reopen the Publisher.

Observed behavior:
The defined image product is still correct.
However, the workfile and review products now show the products linked to Asset B instead of Asset A.

Expected behavior:
All products displayed in the Publisher should correspond to the currently active workfile/asset.

The whole session shares the same Python process, which has a global state of the the AYON context - which is not per workfile if I'm not mistaken. So technically, open multiple files in a single Photoshop process will be prone to issues due to the current context the publisher UI will think it's in (the one shown in the top bar) will be incorrect for at least one of the files.

Individual instances should not change however, but I'm sure the global context will still be problematic and hence I wouldn't recommend it even if the instances themselves would be ok.
