Updated CCSPlayer_ItemServices_CanAcquire signature
Updated CounterStrikeSharp.API PackageReference to 1.0.315 to fix bugs.
Added using CounterStrikeSharp.API.Modules.Events; in RetakesAllocator/RetakesAllocator.cs and RetakesAllocator/Menus/AdvancedGunMenu.cs to fix plugin loading after recent game update.
