Fixing the broken photo on team page and updating it with the recent winter formal photo.
To do this, I noticed that the photo link on the website was resolving to the wrong address for the image.
Looking more closely, looks like the environment variable needed was missing in prod so I've added it and also changed it to all caps in the code to follow convention.
Hopefully this works to fix it!
