How to publish my organization file?
Once you have completed filling out the information for the activity. The next step is mark the activity as complete. Then keep on going until the file is published.
The process is the same for organisation publishing. It should be noted that if in the publishing settings ‘Automatically Update the IATI registry when publishing files’ option is turned on, the files are automatically published to IATI.
When the files are published but are not automatically updated to IATI registry they can be done so by publishing them through the published files page.
Editing the existing files from AidStream
If there are some error’s and some of the files have to be updated in AidStream and the setting have to be changed. Then you will have to implement the changes re-save the documents and republish them into IATI.
Publishing errors
Sometimes when you are re-editing and publishing information or in general you are publishing information AidStream may not allow you t do so. In these cases it is preferred that you contact us at [email protected] and in these cases just be patient your problem should be fixed in a couple of days.
