Summary

  • Remove docs/plans/launch-2026-07-14/ (9 internal planning docs, 1086 lines) -- agent-generated launch prep, not user-facing
  • Remove docs/agent-roles.md -- unreferenced, README already covers agent roles
  • Remove docs/harness-map.html + docs/harness-map.png -- superseded by docs/status-preview.png in README
  • Delete untracked SOUL.md (Hermes system prompt, not part of dotagents)

No code changes. Starter content (skills, agents, memory) intentionally kept -- it scaffolds ~/.agents on first dotagents setup.
