- bump tesla-ble to v3.0.0
- Update charging action message handling in tesla_ble_vehicle.cpp
- Update message parsing in tesla_ble_vehicle.cpp
- Updated the handling of SET_CHARGING_SWITCH, SET_CHARGING_AMPS, and SET_CHARGING_LIMIT actions to use a unified buildCarServerVehicleActionMessage method.
- Added extraction of signature data and fault information from incoming messages. - Updated the parsePayloadCarServerResponse method to handle additional parameters for improved error handling.
