The YAML Simulation file is very strange, it seams that the device sends a lot of NULL chars.
Anyway - please try if PR #3496 solves your issue. If not, please repeat the generation of a a YAML simulation file with the new device2yaml included in PR #3496 . Be sure to press (space) everytime the pager asks to.

As we added a new command in the model, here is the new commands to run device2yaml:
