ローカル環境で Podman が使えない場合でも、GitHub Actions で ブログ投稿統計グラフを生成できるようにした。 - 手動実行（workflow_dispatch）でトリガー - 対象年を指定可能（空欄で全年を自動検出） - 年別月間グラフと月別日間グラフを生成 - 生成されたグラフをアーティファクトとして保存 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
