Hi! This is a fantastic list, really well-organised and I appreciate the effort that's gone into maintaining it.
I'd like to suggest adding Numblr (https://numblr.io), a free web app for English number listening practice. Users hear numbers spoken in real-world contexts (dates, times, phone numbers, prices) and type what they hear.
Number recognition is a listening skill that often falls through the cracks between general listening practice and test prep, but it's tested directly in IELTS and TOEFL dictation tasks. I thought it could sit nicely in the Listening > Sites section alongside ESL Lab and Spotlight. It's free with no sign-up needed to try it.
