Warn Update Errors and Continue

Many people have complained about the update system, possibly because of their region, ISP, DNS, etc., not handling github well (?).
But several cases on discord were resolved simply by "removing" the update check from the code.

So this change aims to handle it better and not block the execution of the VRY even if the update check fails.

TLDR;

Warn in terminal of update/status errors and continue execution.

And adds colors for better visibility
