Release 2.0

To further co-operate with Riot's policies, vRY now respects streamer mode during the in-game phase. This builds on v1.262 which only hid names during the agent-select phase.

All builds prior to v2 will now stop working so that users cannot skirt the streamer-mode policy. This also applies to users hiding their levels too. This is something that I'm sure a lot of you will dislike but it's for the benefit of both vRY and its users.
