fix(src): add empty line after SEAD_RTTI macros

• Automatically inserted a blank line after SEAD_RTTI_BASE, SEAD_RTTI_OVERRIDE, and SEAD_SINGLETON_DISPOSER macros where it was missing before the public: keyword.
• Affected approximately 3,461 files.

Either way, the whitespaces changes are meaningless. The required styles are enforced by clang-format checks
