Update spell data & get app running

Updated parsing issues, now runs again.

Also updated the conversion script to use a relative path.

Side note: I have some interest in getting this example up and running because I could not find a good working example of what I was trying to build. I don't know if I will contribute to the project long term but for right now it serves as a good reference for systems in another game I am working on, so I have an interest in seeing this working.
