Summary

This version refines the storage, stream, scheduler, and identifier foundations. It introduces generational storage, reduces allocations, improves expression selection and match draining, and fixes several indexing, propagation, comparison, and trait-bound defects.

The release includes breaking API changes to action outputs, storage iteration, stash handling, and identifier expressions. The minimum supported Rust version is now 1.89. Downstream users should review the breaking changes before upgrading.
