The "Stale Workflow Queue Cleanup" workflow was introduced back when GitHub Actions was buggy and left many jobs in "pending" state indefinitely. That is no longer the case and this workflow is no longer needed. Signed-off-by: Stephanos Ioannidis <[email protected]>
