Fix system timer jumps by calling _update_calibration_time() in the right order. RADIO_TIMER_Context.last_system_time is also updated within _update_calibration_time(). Signed-off-by: Ali Hozhabri <ali.hozhabri@st.com>

Fix system timer jumps by calling _update_calibration_time() in the right order since
RADIO_TIMER_Context.last_system_time is also updated within _update_calibration_time().
