Some of these include changing "Many students have gained real-world experience 'working in teams' by working on these projects." to "Many students have gained real-world experience through 'working in teams' by experimenting on these projects." and "Move to a different project, and you might find the vocabulary, norms, and communication styles are completely different." to "If you move to a different project, you might find the vocabulary, norms, and communication styles are completely different." Also added an article and deleted 1(+?) comma(s). Those I think are pretty much most of the changes I made.
