This PR adds a new greeter demo in Ruby.
To run it with a source build:
ruby -I$ICE_HOME/ruby/ruby client.rbNote that this demo does not use loadSlice. I think only demoing loadlSlice is a disservice - it's good for the user to be able to see the generated code / APIs provided by the generated code. We could nevertheless provide a separate demo that showcases loadSlice.
