Problem: want fuller Zyre example for node.js

Solution: add ZyreEvent class and write zpinger.js

This tool works exactly the same as the new zpinger in C, and shows
identical output. The C code is the same size and uses a very similar
flow. CLASS makes an elegant match with JavaScript.
