📝Changes summary

1. Added the style sync to sync.js

Kindly look for the function writeStyles()

The function was called to the task title: "Fetched Zesty Style Variables".

2.Added dotenv to package.json

The package is necessary in able to access the PRODUCTION under file: .env.local via Node.
