Add EC sensor support for the ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI motherboard. The board exposes CPU, CPU package, motherboard, VRM temperatures, CPU optional fan RPM, and water in/out temperatures via the embedded controller. The ACPI mutex path (\RMTW.ASMX) was identified from the board DSDT. Sensor availability was verified against LibreHardwareMonitor and confirmed on real hardware.
