Adds support for Moes Garage Opener ZM-102-M identified as _TZE204_jktmrpoj TS0601 in zha.
I made this from this z2m thread and some ChatGPT reworking, as explained in #1260.

It exposes a light entity to trigger the garage relay and an open/close sensor that I didn't test because I didn't wire the door sensor to the garage opener
