Seems to have started with Snakemake v9, tests are passed when the actions are run with Snakemake v8. Oddly, I can't reproduce the error on multiple systems with Snakemake v9, so it seems actions specific. Disabling ngsF-HMM in the action for now and will keep up testing with ngsF-HMM manually for now. |

ngsF-HMM consistently fails in GitHub actions lately, but hasn't changed. Potentially an issue with it and the test data, but the test data runs fine with it on all the machines I've tested it on outside the GH runners. This pull request is for troubleshooting and maybe fixing if there is such a fix.
