Update ZfG package to 6.0.2

Summary

• update the ZfG package to 6.0.2-zfg
• refresh dist, type, documentation, and package metadata files for the ZfG build
• add a ZfG PR check for SDK CDN references

Verification

• npm pack --dry-run succeeds for @zoom/meetingsdk@6.0.2-zfg
• package files were compared against the ZfG release package
• check.js is included so the PR reports whether the package contains gov-only CDN references
