  1. 完善了同步教程，更新了截图，比较了同步方案，提供了同步盘的同步教程，添加了问题处理部分。
  2. 修改了同步教程的标题层级，让同步的概念更明晰。
  3. 添加了 Attanger 教程，详细说明了链接的附件进行同步需要注意的事项（删除附件部分后续可以拆分成单独的插件教程）。
  4. 更新抓取问题文档，根据新版茉莉花的界面更新了截图和说明。
