Allow a narrator for citing an audiobook. Pull request overview
This pull request adds the "narrator" creator type to four item types in the Zotero schema: audioRecording, book, bookSection, and podcast. This enhancement enables proper citation of audiobooks and podcasts where narrators play a key role.
Changes:
- Added "narrator" creator type to audioRecording, book, bookSection, and podcast item types
- Placement follows existing schema conventions (narrator positioned before translator in all cases)
- All required infrastructure (CSL mappings and localizations) already exists from previous narrator support in film, tvBroadcast, and videoRecording
