Map the `performer` name type to the corresponding CSL `performer` variable rather than `author`. See <https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/stable/specification.html#name-variables>.

Pull request overview
This PR adds a mapping from the Zotero performer creator type to the corresponding CSL performer name variable in the schema. Previously, the performer creator type would not have been mapped to the correct CSL variable during conversion.
