Deploys the locked Residual Labs identity onto the public flagship:
- llms.txt at root: machine-readable identity for AI answer engines (the new
front page) — who the lab is, what SPARDA is, the one-command proof, contact.
- README footer: the lab line ('We don't pitch. We prove.'), the proof-grade
positioning (EN+FR), and a real Contact path so 'I have a hard problem' turns
into an inbound message.
Note for a follow-up: this public README still opens with 'The LLVM of web
applications' and 'The 3700-Route Proof' — the HQ already replaced both (the
3700 claim isn't reproducible; the new pitch is 'AI writes. SPARDA proves.'
with a scriptable bench). Syncing the corrected HQ README here is the next step.
