allow tranferring and freezing in the following format: 'none', 'yolo_darknet', 'yolo_conv', 'yolo_output_conv', 'all' This makes the training much more versatile and allows for using a checkpoint to resume training while tranfering different subset of weights,

allow tranferring and freezing in the following format:
'none', 'yolo_darknet', 'yolo_conv', 'yolo_output_conv', 'all'
This makes the training much more versatile and allows for using a checkpoint to resume training while tranfering different subset of weights. This also allows to transfer most of the yolo_output_conv weights except the last convolution.
