Project admin

  • @Bhargava to share land use translation data tool with group
  • Discussed Google Doc version of the Draft Phase 5 Scope of Work
  • Task 5 TNC - can probably use MTC's latest work, including estimation results, for TM1.5
  • Task 9 estimation mode - will automate round-tripping coefficients from activitysim to estimation tool back to activitysim for the selected example models
  • Task 12 three zone / TVPB - pushed to next year; SANDAG and MTC may be able to fund separately
  • AMPO needs admin budget as well, especially since our group is growing! @Joe/@Bill finalize
  • Scope / cost are close to final, @Joe finalize with @Ben next week
