I made some minor edits to the CCF registration notebook explanations based on our discussion. Feel free to use as-is, or adjust as needed.
I also fixed a few typos throughout so you may want to copy this notebook and rerun before merging, one was in plot titles and I didn't rerun those cells (neuortransmitter->neurotransmitter).
