sim_vehicle.py need "add-param-file" with latest Ardupilot

With latest Ardupilot you need to add:

e.g. "--add-param-file=default_params/gazebo-zephyr.parm"

for command "./sim_vehicle.py -v ArduPlane -f gazebo-zephyr --model JSON "
