Updated motor CAN address (to 0x00002905) and setupdate interval to 1000ms (for testing).

We'll need to modify BURT_can again to handle more than one ID now, since each motor will have its own ID. See if you can figure out how to do that in utils and open a PR there first.

Blocked on merging BinghamtonRover/Firmware-Utilities#21
