chore: 배포 자체 점검이 남긴 작업 기록 행을 점검 끝에 지움 - #206

stack-up.sh의 비동기 작업 큐 점검은 배포마다 시험 계정으로 작업을 돌려 operation_log에 수십 행씩 남겼다(운영에 836행 누적). 판정이 끝나면 이번 실행이 쓴 신청 번호와 시험 계정 이름이 둘 다 맞는 행만 지운다. 정리 실패는 점검 결과에 영향을 주지 않는다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RE7sGrXQGmqafE5JsDKEcK

판정이 끝나면 이번 실행이 쓴 신청 번호(사전 정리 rid-1, provision rid, revoke rid2)와 시험 계정 이름이 둘 다 맞는 행만 지운다. 정리 실패는 출력만 하고 점검 결과에 영향을 주지 않는다.
