HCRC-191. Publish the package under city-of-helsinki organisation scope. NOTE: This means that the consumer apps needs to change their imports so that they are using the scoped package name: "@city-of-helsinki/react-helsinki-headless-cms".

The organisation scoped package has now been published (in https://www.npmjs.com/package/@city-of-helsinki/react-helsinki-headless-cms). There is a PR that tests it in action: City-of-Helsinki/events-helsinki-monorepo#965. |
