migration: parallel-run ledger row for ow_tp_cdw_recon run 509394464811952 (GREEN)

Summary

Ledger-only PR for one GREEN cycle of Workflow ow_tp_cdw_recon (run 509394464811952, run page). Appends one row to .migration/08_parallel_run_ledger.md: PASS/PASS, triage none, PR —. No code, tolerance, or schedule changes.

Verdict source: the r3_notify webhook payload (verdict=GREEN, staged_red=false, r1_fact_commission and r2_mv_agent_commission_summary both SUCCESS, both *.recon.json report paths present). Per the driver notebook a task only reaches SUCCESS when its recon report verdict is PASS.

Caveat recorded in the drift-note column: the remediation session could not independently re-read the two recon reports or jobs/runs/get — DATABRICKS_DEMO_TOKEN is currently rejected with 403 Invalid access token on every endpoint (including scim/v2/Me). The credential needs rotating before the next cycle can be fully triaged.
