This pull request is a follow up to issue #545.
Cock.li no longer has a full list of all of its domains in its webpage. Some are listed in the registration page, others are not.
Here are the ones I believe belong to cock.li:

Oh dear, I didn't understand when I said you could submit a PR.
These are domain names with extremely disgusting names!
I've tried some of them and there isn't even a website.

Well, yes... I understand that in most situation these e-mails are highly inappropriate, and if taken seriously, highly offensive.
However, many small communities that provide open services on the internet rely on this database to shield themselves of ill-intended users using throwaway e-mails to register.
Including these domains would block users with a legitimate (i.e. not burner) e-mail address from these communities.

Regarding some of them not having a website, I included domains that were in the past associated with cock.li, but it might no longer be the case. If you're interested in merging this pull request, I can filter out the ones that give 404's and make a new commit.

Obviously, this is not my repository.
Also, I don't want to turn this PR into a discussion, as there are more important things to do.
