Summary

Adds a new feature, Overdrive, to the Exothermic Hearth.
Overdrive is an extension to supplying pyrotheum that increases the maximum parallel cap from 2x to 4x, the heat up time by 5x, and the pyrotheum drain rate by 10x.

This is due to the fact that in many scenarios, the Exothermic Hearth would cap out at 2x and only be able to use half its hatch throughput for smelting, which feels bad.

This means a Hearth in Overdrive mode would take 3 minutes from 1x multiplier to reach 4x multiplier, and at the cap (4x), it would consume 10,000 L/s of pyrotheum while running.

Note that ever disabling Overdrive mode in the gui would cause everything to lower back to what it was before overdrive (2x multiplier, regular drain), so there is no way to cheese it.
