Maintainer note: the two reds here (Test macos-latest and Test windows-latest, run 33270731907) are the same pre-#5724 sandbox::read_guard baseline as #5695 — a web/-only change cannot reach crates/tui/src/sandbox, and #5724 (8a3f14bf8) fixed that set on main. The web gate (Lint & Type Check, job 99148621924) already passed on 16.3.3: vitest 339/339, eslint, tsc --noEmit, and next build under Turbopack with all 620 static pages.

The Tideline web refresh #5734 has since landed (ba04cad98) without touching web/package.json or the lock, so the "web PRs land first" sequencing is satisfied; the rebase re-runs the web gate against the post-#5734 tree, which is exactly the check we want before merging.

Two follow-ups after merge, not blockers: bump eslint-config-next to 16.x in the next lock pass, and run the OpenNext bundle (npm run preview) once before the next web deploy, since the PR gate stops at next build. Keep middleware.ts as-is: the proxy deprecation warning is expected, and OpenNext Cloudflare does not yet support Node middleware.
