Joe suggests that we should shut this off in Renovate, that autoamtically tries to autoamtically update NodeJS package-lock.json

We will ignore this PR for now as we think about this.

According to Google: "Renovate bumps the lock file to ensure your application actually uses the updated dependencies and stays secure. When a package manager (like npm, yarn, pnpm, or pip) installs dependencies, it references the lock file (e.g., package-lock.json or poetry.lock) to fetch the exact, frozen versions of both your direct and transitive (indirect) dependencies. If Renovate only changed your manifest file (like package.json), your local environment and CI/CD pipelines would completely ignore the new version because the old version remains locked."

Instalation of DXPR was tricky, but has lots of GUI customization options.

Joe also created a sub theme here https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/islandora-starter-site/pull/257 There is also a related PR that touches advanced search https://github.com/Islandora/advanced_search/pull/98 for active search.

He had to separate logic that was part of older themes and/or advanced search module.

The nature of DXPR is that it is very configurable, and Joe came up with a draft configuration of blocks, and he also touched adbanced search to also work with this new theme.
