Mirage League Update

• this is a preliminary update to support 3.28

• there are a few things I can't update without having access to updated items, stashes, etc.

Act-Tracker:

• added support for 3.28 trees and the reliquarian

• added initial support for new gems (the patch notes didn't include the full quest/vendor information)

• reward gems now take priority over vendor gems

Betrayal-Info

• updated rewards to 3.28

Map-Tracker

• removed Ritual reminders when opening portals (because of the new in-game notification)
