Not a valid object in the suites repo, looks like its on a fork. Maybe?

Yes, it is in my fork. https://github.com/charles-lunarg/ci-gfxr-suites/windows_amd_9070_borderlands3

It points to a fork because I wanted to run the ci-gfxr-suites change through regular jenkins CI, rather than manually starting a job with this commit.

once the ci-gfxr-suites PR is merged, I will update this PR with the correct commit hash.
