PR includes a change in the behavior of WhoScoredParser: now it can accept as input not only a string with the path to the data file, but also the data itself in the form of a dictionary.
This is done so that the soccerdata (@probberechts) library in method Whoscored.read_events can receive data in spadl and atomic spadl format without saving data to disk (no_store == True).
